About the Role

You will build datasets, products, and interfaces that unlock model capabilities. You will create internal data tooling and evaluation interfaces, develop evaluation frameworks, run analyses and experiments, turn model outputs into inspectable UIs, and translate real-world needs into model and system improvements.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of generalist engineering experience
• Coding ability
• Product intuition
• Experience implementing LLMs
• Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations

Responsibilities

• Create datasets, products, and user interfaces that unlock model capabilities and use cases
• Build internal data-tooling and evaluation interfaces
• Develop and own evaluation frameworks for model quality and reliability
• Run analyses and experiments on data, training choices, and model behavior
• Turn model outputs and data into inspectable user interfaces
• Translate real-world needs into model and system improvements
• Iterate on techniques for trustworthy AI products
