About the Role

You will serve as the first point of contact for merchants and commercial teams on finance-related issues. You will educate merchant financial teams on using financial products, analyse their pain points, and work with Finance Product and Development teams to improve or build products that support merchant operations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with financial products, including issuing, business accounts, or capital/business financing, in a banking or fintech environment
• Analytical skills and interest in financial products for the payments industry
• Ability to become familiar with internal accounting systems
• Commercial acumen and willingness to communicate directly with merchants
• Ability to make informed decisions under pressure and prioritise requests
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience working in uncertain environments and dealing with ambiguity
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for merchants and commercial teams on financial-related issues
• Communicate reactively and proactively with merchants
• Educate and advise merchant financial teams on using the platform, products, and features
• Analyse merchant pain points
• Collaborate with Finance Product and Development teams to improve or build products that facilitate merchant operations
