Intern, Fund Finance (Fintech)

ING operates a wholesale banking business in Singapore and serves financial institutions across the Asia Pacific region with tailored financing solutions.

What you will do

• Support the Fund Finance APAC team with the origination and execution of capital call facilities and other financing solutions.
• Assist with transactions for private equity, private debt, real estate, and infrastructure funds.
• Support customer due diligence, deal execution, client management, and transaction monitoring.
• Prepare pipeline reports, transaction status updates, and portfolio communications for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other ING teams and contribute to ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Be in the second to final year of an undergraduate degree with a demonstrated interest in banking and finance.
• Have a basic understanding of wholesale banking and its business model.
• Work independently within deadlines and demonstrate initiative.
• Communicate clearly in fluent spoken and written English.
• Be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to structured lending or fund finance concepts.
