What you will do
- Develop scopes of work for contractor-led maintenance activities during normal refinery operations.
- Define evaluation criteria, prepare preliminary cost estimates, and identify prospective bidders.
- Prepare instructions to bidders, coordinate kick-off meetings, and manage the evaluation of commercial offers after technical evaluation.
- Lead contract awarding and contractor authorization for the start of maintenance work.
- Ensure HSSEQ policies, QA/QC requirements, and performance KPIs are included in maintenance contracts.
- Coordinate contracting activities to support world-class maintenance performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- At least 12 years of contracting experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of SAP.
- Strong understanding of maintenance bidding processes, contract administration, cost control, and budget management.
- Technical understanding of maintenance execution, people management, leadership, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making.
