What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies that optimize supply chains and strategic procurement processes.
• Manage projects holistically, including project controlling and successful implementation.
• Serve as the primary client contact and lead workshops, negotiations, and presentations.
• Support projects across industries including retail, consumer goods, energy, automotive, pharmaceutical, and healthcare.
• Develop internal procurement and supply chain knowledge.
• Lead the professional and personal development of the project team and contribute to the management team.

Requirements

• University degree with above-average grades.
• 4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive consulting expertise, ideally in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills demonstrated in demanding projects at management level.
• Experience leading teams professionally and personally, with a customer-oriented and collaborative approach.
• Business-fluent English and flexibility for professional mobility.
