Head of Government & Regulatory Affairs (Digital Healthcare)

What you will do

• Build and own the Government & Regulatory Affairs strategy, translating business priorities into measurable objectives and workstreams.
• Develop proactive relationships with healthcare regulators, including MHRA, GPhC, CQC, and ASA/CAP.
• Build influence across Government, Parliament, DHSC, NHS stakeholders, think tanks, and health policy networks.
• Lead NHS engagement and identify opportunities in obesity prevention and digital healthcare.
• Identify relevant consultations, calls for evidence, regulatory initiatives, roundtables, and policy forums, then lead Voy’s contributions.
• Turn clinical, regulatory, and commercial evidence into policy positions, consultation responses, briefings, and evidence submissions.

Requirements

• Experience in Government Affairs, Public Affairs, health policy, or regulatory affairs.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, digital health, or another highly regulated sector.
• Strong relationship-building skills with policymakers, regulators, NHS leaders, and senior executives.
• Ability to develop strategy, write consultation responses, brief executives, and communicate complex issues clearly.
• Excellent judgement, proactive execution, and comfort working with ambiguity and evolving regulation.
• Ability to work onsite at the London HQ.
