Location: Primarily remote or based in a standard office environment in the UK; regular UK travel and occasional international travel required. The role is associated with London and Birmingham, and flexibility is required for customer go-lives, including occasional after-hours or on-call support.

What you will do
- Define and communicate the clinical informatics vision across the EMEA business.
- Represent clinical and operational users in product strategy, solution design, implementation, and optimization.
- Build trusted relationships with client executives, CCIOs, CNIOs, and frontline users.
- Partner with the Medical Director on clinical safety, DCB0129 activities, hazard identification, incident review, and regulatory engagement.
- Translate workflow and client insights into product requirements, supporting interoperability, usability, adoption, and benefits realization.
- Lead the clinical contribution to pre-sales, customer presentations, external forums, capability building, and responsible use of data and AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, healthcare, science, technology, business, or a related discipline; postgraduate study in digital health or healthcare leadership is preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, clinical informatics, health technology, digital transformation, or consulting.
- 5+ years of senior leadership, influencing, or advisory experience in complex healthcare environments.
- Demonstrable experience working with NHS organizations and senior clinical, operational, digital, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience shaping or implementing enterprise healthcare software, EPR/PAS solutions, or digitally enabled clinical transformation, including bids, demonstrations, procurement responses, and executive presentations.
- Current professional clinical registration in a recognized clinical discipline with the relevant UK statutory regulatory body is required. Knowledge of EPRs, clinical decision support, interoperability, usability, DCB0129, DCB0160, and MHRA regulation is expected.
