Frontend Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Europe; remote work available

What you will do

• Develop new frontend features and components.
• Optimize application performance and user experience.
• Participate in frontend architecture discussions, technical design, and API design.
• Conduct code reviews and support production deployments.
• Collaborate in Scrum ceremonies, OKR planning, and retrospectives.
• Write unit and integration tests and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend development experience, primarily with ReactJS.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript, plus experience with state management tools such as Zustand or Redux.
• Experience with GraphQL, WebSocket, frontend architecture, scalable solutions, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Vitest or similar testing frameworks and build tools such as Vite or Webpack.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and critically validating AI-generated results.
• Intermediate English or above and availability to work from Europe.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Contributions to established open-source projects.
• Experience developing and maintaining real-time applications.
• Professional fintech experience.
