Frontend Engineer (React)

Location: Vilnius, with hybrid work (3 office days and 2 work-from-home days) and work-from-anywhere options

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance the existing React codebase for stability, performance, and scalability.
• Develop modern business solutions and new features using reusable, efficient, and well-tested code.
• Troubleshoot frontend issues and optimize current functionality for peak performance.
• Collaborate with Backend developers, Product Owners, Designers, and QA teams to integrate features and deliver reliable products.
• Promote engineering best practices, including code quality, unit testing, and design library usage.
• Shape the user experience and interface design for proxy products.

Requirements

• Professional experience with TypeScript and React.
• Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or Jotai and frontend tools such as Vite, Babel, and Webpack.
• Hands-on experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and UI/UX collaboration using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Ability to write clean, tested, and maintainable code and balance delivery speed with quality.
• Collaborative and assertive communication style with strong ownership and accountability.
• Degree in IT, engineering, or a similar field; knowledge of proxying or VPNs.
