Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Run agentic coding sessions on real engineering tasks, including bug fixes, API extensions, and feature development.
• Analyze AI-generated code against production standards and identify defects.
• Explain failures and evaluate the quality of model reasoning.
• Red-team coding models to expose unsafe code, faked test passes, and incorrect solutions.
• Document findings that improve future coding agents.

Requirements

• Professional or serious open-source experience shipping production code.
• Experience with at least one major software stack.
• Common task technologies include Python, C++, Rust, Go, and JavaScript.
• Clear written English is required for documenting explanations and evaluation results.
• No degree is required.
