Penetration Tester (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $40–$125+ per hour, depending on task difficulty and specialization. Some contributors earn $10,000–$100,000+ per year.

What you will do

• Test AI models' offensive-security reasoning across reconnaissance, exploitation, privilege escalation, and lateral movement.
• Identify exploit chains that fail because of filtered payloads, impossible preconditions, or omitted technical steps.
• Write realistic attack paths using practical penetration-testing tradecraft.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or serious-level CTF competitions.
• Fluency with offensive-security tooling and real-world exploit chains.
• Clear written English is required because explanations are used as training data.
• No degree is required.
