What you will do

• Transcribe Mandarin and English audio recordings accurately.
• Annotate transcripts with tags, metadata, and contextual notes.
• Review, proofread, and edit transcripts for accuracy and consistency.
• Identify ambiguous audio or linguistic content and clarify its meaning.
• Follow project formatting guidelines and complete assignments within quality and timeline requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI systems and Mandarin language data.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin.
• Strong English listening and comprehension skills for bilingual transcription work.
• Professional audio transcription or related language-work experience.
• Familiarity with transcription tools or platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience with Mandarin-English bilingual projects.
