hirify.global is hiring language experts for an AI training project focused on audio transcription and linguistic annotation.

What you will do

• Transcribe German audio while preserving meaning, tone, and context.
• Review and edit transcripts according to project guidelines.
• Add speaker labels, timestamps, and other required annotations.
• Resolve unclear or ambiguous audio content.
• Perform quality checks and provide feedback to improve transcription guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and securely handle project data.

Requirements

• Native or near-native German proficiency, with strong speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Experience in transcription, linguistics, language-related work, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with audio playback and transcription tools.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and project guidelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with linguistic annotation and metadata.
• Previous experience with AI training or data-labeling projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
