Data Analyst (Data Governance)

Location: Hybrid in Warszawa, Poland, with 3 days per week from the office

Salary: 600–900 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Analyze databases and review technical documentation.
• Document end-to-end data flows and create comprehensive data lineage records.
• Maintain lineage information in IBM Information Governance Catalog.
• Validate data mappings and data movement processes.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather and clarify information.
• Support data governance, data management, planning, and project coordination activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Governance Analyst, Data Management Specialist, or in a similar data-focused role.
• Experience with databases, data structures, data flows, and data lifecycle concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL and database querying.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and translate technical concepts into clear documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, planning, and coordination skills.
• Fluent English and ability to work in a hybrid Warszawa-based setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with IBM Information Governance Catalog, Snowflake, data lineage, data governance tools, or database technologies.
