Snowflake Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź, with 3 days per week from the office

Salary: 1,000–1,300 PLN/day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Bridge business and IT stakeholders and facilitate alignment across teams.
• Extract, analyze, interpret, and visualize data from multiple sources.
• Create data mappings, document data flows, and perform as-is/to-be gap analysis.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams on solution design.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or IT Analyst in data-driven projects.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and strong SQL skills, including work with large datasets.
• Experience with data mapping, data lineage, data flow analysis, and gap analysis.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and IT teams in Agile environments.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience with cloud data platforms.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality.
