Senior Compliance Officer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Ensure adherence to Philippine legal and regulatory standards through research, action planning, and regulatory approvals, including PAGCOR requirements.
• Support country-specific compliance obligations and define the local compliance approach in line with group objectives.
• Develop regulatory policies with internal and external stakeholders and monitor regulatory trends.
• Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and regulatory compliance reviews across departments.
• Liaise with authorities, law enforcement agencies, auditors, and other stakeholders; coordinate regulatory audits and prepare formal responses to investigations.
• Deliver compliance training, awareness initiatives, reports, and action plans while supporting the business through regulatory change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; a legal academic background is strongly preferred.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in gaming or another highly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with Philippine regulatory requirements and experience working with authorities.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
