Mid Fullstack Developer (AdTech)

Location: Remote, with proximity to offices in Kraków, Poznań, or Warsaw, Poland

Salary: 960–1,120 PLN net + VAT per day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Build, adapt, and integrate APIs for cooperation with external business partners.
• Develop advertising technology solutions for campaign management and data-driven recommendation systems.
• Work across backend and frontend development according to project priorities.
• Develop new functionality and adapt existing systems using microservices and microfrontend architectures.
• Support the onboarding and technical integration of external partners.
• Contribute to scalable, event-driven solutions used by millions of e-commerce users.

Requirements

• Good programming skills in Java or Kotlin and experience with microservices.
• Hands-on frontend experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks, and React.
• Understanding of REST API principles, JSON, and backend endpoint integration.
• Ability to work effectively across backend and frontend contexts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach.
• Ability to work remotely while remaining in proximity to an office in Kraków, Poznań, or Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, especially GitLab CI.
• Experience with Docker and cloud environments.
• Understanding of modern UX/UI principles and accessibility standards.
