What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth customers in the Canadian market and build long-term relationships that support loyalty, retention, and sustainable activity.
- Monitor customer performance, playing behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages to provide tailored rewards and engagement actions.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned customers and deliver high-quality service across available communication channels.
- Plan and host local and global key account events, including sporting events, concerts, luxury dinners, and entertainment outings.
- Develop campaigns, track results, monitor market trends, and provide feedback to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment; key customer management experience is beneficial.
- Excellent command of English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building, commercial, analytical, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills, attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Professional appearance, willingness to travel, and ability to work outside regular office hours; international mobility is beneficial.

- Experience or strong interest in the online gaming industry.
- Key customer management experience and availability for international travel.
- AI-first mindset with practical use of AI tools and assistants for productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
