Senior Client Partner, INSEA (Gaming)

hirify.global provides a game engine and advertising and monetization solutions used by game developers and teams across industries to create, deploy, grow, and operate 3D experiences.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with top advertisers and publishers in Vietnam and the INSEA region.
• Grow revenue from existing accounts and advise clients on user acquisition and monetization.
• Analyze campaign performance and monetization stacks, providing optimization recommendations aligned with client KPIs.
• Develop account growth, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
• Coordinate with Product, Tech, Finance, Sales, R&D, and other internal teams to represent client needs.
• Integrate new advertisers and ensure technical and performance issues are resolved quickly.

Requirements

• Native-level Vietnamese and fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in user acquisition and/or monetization in a similar role at a gaming studio or ad network.
• Strong client management experience, preferably with a global operating company.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Experience with upselling and cross-selling, plus strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
