Senior Graphic and Motion Designer (AI)

Location: Montreal, Canada

Base salary: $87,400–$131,200 USD gross annually for Zone A; other salary zones and CAD ranges may apply based on the primary work location.

What you will do

• Conceptualize and deliver graphic and motion design for brand, campaigns, product launches, social, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Translate complex business, product, and technical ideas into clear and compelling visual stories.
• Evolve hirify.global’s visual language and extend brand systems across new channels and formats.
• Collaborate with designers, motion and video specialists, producers, writers, marketers, and other stakeholders from concept through final delivery.
• Prepare production-ready assets for digital, social, presentation, event, print, and other media while maintaining quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong foundation in typography, composition, color, and visual design.
• Demonstrated motion design expertise, including animation, storytelling, and visual craft.
• Versatile graphic design portfolio covering multiple formats and channels.
• Experience evolving brand systems and creating scalable, production-ready work.
• Professional English proficiency is required for frequent written and verbal communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D, video production, editing, or post-production.
• Experience creating brand guidelines, templates, or scalable design systems.
• Experience developing automated or AI-assisted creative production workflows.
