What you will do

• Provide industry and functional expertise to case and proposal teams through customized knowledge assets and expert advisory.
• Support due diligence projects, including market modules and competitive landscape analysis.
• Contribute to commercialization, marketing initiatives, conferences, and publications for the Principal Investors & Private Equity practice, with a focus on Brazil.
• Analyze private equity market dynamics by mapping transactions and potential deals using association reports and databases.
• Create custom GPTs to support internal processes.
• Occasionally travel to designated target locations and collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in research, due diligence analysis, investments, or related private markets topics.
• Experience and proficiency in financial modeling, market sizing, and due diligence.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English required.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, business, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, structure intellectual property, navigate ambiguity, and solve problems in time-limited environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Big 4 advisory firms, in-house mergers and acquisitions teams, private equity firms, or venture capital firms.
• Exposure to Tech Capital, sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, family offices, hedge funds, real estate and infrastructure, or venture capital.
