Supervisor Quality Control (Microbiology)

Location: Onsite in Raheen, Limerick, Ireland

Salary: 54,200.00–103,200.00 annually

What you will do

• Lead QC personnel, allocate workload, and monitor team performance.
• Ensure laboratory activities comply with cGMP requirements, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Support investigations, troubleshooting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee SOPs, methods, protocols, reports, training records, and other quality documentation.
• Manage employee development through scheduling, performance reviews, coaching, and training compliance.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Life Sciences or a related field; an MS degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry.
• Previous supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work onsite in Limerick, Ireland.
