Specialist, Quality Control (Analytical Chemistry)

Location: 100% onsite in Norwood, Massachusetts, United States. Applicants must qualify as U.S. persons under U.S. export control requirements; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $74,000–$118,400 per year, with potential discretionary bonus, incentive compensation, or equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Perform routine analytical chemistry testing using HPLC, GC, UV, particle analysis, and dynamic light scattering.
• Review and report release, stability, and in-process data for clinical and commercial products.
• Execute method acquisition, qualification, requalification, troubleshooting, and equipment support activities.
• Manage laboratory activities including reagent preparation, sample management, LIMS data entry, equipment maintenance, and stability program support.
• Author and revise laboratory procedures, reports, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs.
• Maintain cGMP documentation, data integrity, safety, and compliance with applicable GxP requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline, preferably Analytical Chemistry or Chemistry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting focused on analytical chemistry.
• Ability to develop a strong understanding of GxP regulations, including applicable GMP, GLP, GCP, or GDP standards.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Norwood, Massachusetts.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person for access to export-controlled information; non-U.S. persons cannot be sponsored for an export control license.
