Senior Recruiter (Consulting&Apps)

hirify.global TRAFFIC GROUP is a full-service media buying and advertising company developing ad products for the affiliate space.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for product, technical, and business functions including Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, and Analytics.
• Run kick-off calls with hiring managers and clarify the business needs behind open roles.
• Build market maps, identify target companies, and source candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray search, professional communities, Telegram, referrals, and conferences.
• Engage passive candidates, conduct structured behavioral and competency-based interviews, and prepare evidence-based candidate summaries.
• Support offer negotiations, handle objections and counteroffers, and help close candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics, improve sourcing effectiveness, and keep the ATS accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in digital or product companies.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions, including product, technical, and non-technical business roles.
• Strong sourcing, passive-candidate engagement, and outreach adaptation skills.
• Solid structured and competency-based interviewing skills.
• Confidence discussing compensation and handling objections.
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with core recruitment metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring across multiple geographic markets or conducting executive searches.
• Background in mobile apps, SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, FinTech, Gaming, or other fast-paced digital product businesses.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking, market research, or C-level hiring.
