SAP VISTEX (SAP SD)

What you will do

• Own Vistex solution design across Incentives & Paybacks, Data Maintenance Pricing, Data Maintenance Rebates, deals management, chargebacks, billbacks, accruals, and settlements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure Vistex within SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Lead fit-gap analysis, design workshops, impact assessments, testing, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Lead Vistex migration to S/4HANA, including data migration, configuration, integration, and post-migration validation.
• Partner with EDI and integration teams on Vistex transactions including 844, 845, 849, and 867.
• Resolve complex pricing, accrual, claim, and settlement issues; develop reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, routines, BADIs, and smart forms.

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on SAP SD and Vistex configuration experience.
• Deep expertise in Vistex IP, DMP/DMR, deals management, chargeback/billback, accrual, and settlement processes.
• Experience integrating Vistex with SAP SD pricing, FI postings, and EDI transactions in a distribution environment.
• At least one full-cycle Vistex implementation or major redesign in a lead role.
• Experience managing complex migrations, including budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and regulatory controls.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with Finance and business stakeholders and document functional decisions.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical distribution experience.
• Vistex experience across ECC and S/4HANA.
• SAP or Vistex certification.
• SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
• Experience working with offshore or vendor delivery teams.
