Full Stack Developer (AI)

Location: Onsite in Austin, Texas, United States. No remote or hybrid availability.

What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain full-stack software, including backend services, databases, frontends, APIs, and integrations.
• Extend MIDNIGHT, the in-house ERP, and build internal tools, dashboards, portals, and business applications.
• Develop AI-powered features, agents, and automations using large language models and modern AI-assisted development tools.
• Own hirify.global's websites, WordPress environment, custom themes and plugins, performance, security, backups, and ongoing modernization.
• Execute technical SEO, content optimization, structured data, link building, PPC support, and optimization for AI-powered search engines.
• Partner with marketing, report on web and search performance, and deliver multiple projects from architecture through iteration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven experience designing and shipping full-stack applications with frontend, backend, database, and API development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, Python or another modern programming language, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Professional WordPress development experience, including themes, plugins, and custom development.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and large language models, plus the ability to build and refine production-ready solutions quickly.
• Experience with technical SEO, responsive design, analytics tools, and AI-powered or generative search optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, CRM, CPQ, legacy-platform modernization, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or CI/CD.
• Strong UX/UI sensibility and experience managing PPC campaigns.
• Portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of personally delivered applications, websites, tools, or SEO results.
