Forward Deployed AI Engineer (AI)

Location: Italy; hybrid work with office presence shaped by business needs, team norms, and local policies.

Base salary: at least EUR 54,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Frame business challenges and own the analytics value chain from concept through deployment.
• Design and implement innovative machine learning and AI algorithms.
• Build and deploy scalable AI solutions using cloud, data processing, and model-serving technologies.
• Develop custom and industry-specific AI software solutions.
• Enable clients and colleagues to adopt and use AI solutions effectively.

Requirements

• Programming experience with Python and Java or Scala.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
• Knowledge of data processing tools such as NumPy, Pandas, Apache Spark, and Dask.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of DevOps, deployment, visualization, and machine learning operations tools.
