Trading Assistant (Esports)

Location: United States, remote

Salary: $20/hour plus target equity

hirify.global builds products for fantasy sports, sports betting, and prediction markets in a unified sports fan platform.

What you will do

• Grade projections and settle games accurately and promptly.
• Enter player and game statistics.
• Track live games in the app to ensure entries are paid using correct real-time stats.
• Support trading shifts by posting and pricing markets.
• Work within operations for esports titles including Counter-Strike 2, League of Legends, and Valorant.
• Take on additional responsibilities as experience grows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of esports, DFS, and fantasy sports props.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to teamwork.
• Ability to work nights and weekends around the sports calendar.
• Availability for a full-time hourly position.

Nice to have

• Gaming or sports betting experience.
• Experience with statistics, scorekeeping, or other detail-oriented work.
• Startup experience.
