Project Leader (Business Transformation)

Location: Client sites and intensive project-based work; recurring in-person client collaboration is required.

What you will do

• Lead performance improvement, turnaround, and large-scale transformation engagements.
• Contribute to operational and financial restructuring case work, client relationships, and the development of intellectual property and products.
• Analyze financial performance, assess critical situations, and formulate rapid action plans.
• Identify immediate improvement opportunities and influence company leaders to implement them.
• Collaborate with BCG and client teams, sharing knowledge and providing intellectual leadership.
• Support business development through client interactions and industry events.

Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience in a lateral environment, focused on turnaround and restructuring.
• Proven experience leading corporate and financial restructuring projects.
• Experience managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and influencing the client agenda.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, ethical, and collaborative skills.
• International work experience and the ability to partner with executive management teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English are required.
