Quality Control Specialist-PQC

What you will do

• Manage quality from the production line through product shipment, ensuring product reliability and compliance before delivery.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify adherence to standard operating procedures and control of critical process points.
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve key production and manufacturing processes.
• Establish and improve process quality control plans using statistical process control and other quality tools.
• Coordinate relevant functions and stakeholders to resolve quality abnormalities and complete root cause analysis.
• Verify corrective-action effectiveness and use quality data to reduce defects, poor-quality costs, and customer-impacting issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality, design, or operations-related positions.
• Knowledge of quality, production, product, or project management, with experience independently coordinating and resolving quality issues.
• Familiarity with power systems, switchgear, and electrical industry standards.
• Good office software skills and strong collaboration, ownership, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Good English speaking, reading, and writing skills required.

Nice to have

• High- and low-voltage electrical certification.
