Beijing EHS Specialist

Location: Beijing, China; the role is based in the Beijing office and covers the northern region.

What you will do

• Manage, coordinate, and monitor ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, activities, and policies.
• Lead EHS projects involving operations management, other functions, and third parties.
• Govern ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 performance, conduct internal audits, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance on chemical safety, EHS systems, risk control, ecological protection, industrial hygiene, and safety engineering.
• Renew EHS permits and licenses, interpret local EHS regulations, and develop action plans for current and future needs.
• Maintain EHS training programs and records, manage vendors, and support business growth with professional EHS advice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Certified safety engineer qualification.
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 internal auditor qualification.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and AI-enabled applications.
