Manager, Enterprise Solutions (ERP/CRM/SCM)

What you will do

• Lead the operational management of large-scale ERP, CRM, and SCM projects.
• Guide BCG Platinion teams and collaborate with hirify.global colleagues on local and international client engagements.
• Develop ERP and application architecture strategies, concepts, implementation plans, and rollout roadmaps.
• Advise clients on SAP S/4HANA transitions, business benefits, architecture implications, and alternative platforms.
• Engage with client boards and senior management alongside BCG Platinion leadership.
• Prepare and present proposals for major Enterprise Solutions projects and contribute to Nordic practice leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP, CRM, or SCM projects.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and SCM implementation methods, supporting procedures, tools, business cases, and benefit management.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft D365, Salesforce, or comparable solutions used in large transformation programs.
• Understanding of modern data-driven architectures and integration of modules into end-to-end processes.
• Fluent English and one Nordic language required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and other generative AI tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, PLM, MES, or other complex enterprise application environments.
