What you will do

• Support the preparation and execution of insurance coverage placements for new and renewal commercial business.
• Build foundational knowledge of property and casualty insurance programs and how they address client needs.
• Issue certificates and help resolve accounting and servicing questions.
• Coordinate with Producers, Marketing Account Executives, Account Managers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with client presentation preparation and carrier negotiations.
• Explore long-term career paths and pursue continued insurance development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Relevant insurance education, training, or experience.
• Property and casualty insurance license.
• Basic insurance knowledge with a strong desire to learn and pursue insurance designations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building positive client and market relationships.

Nice to have

• College degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Additional insurance industry certifications.
• Significant prior insurance experience and knowledge of carriers and insurance markets.
