What you will do

• Build, implement, and deploy innovative AI solutions for clients across industries and regions.
• Apply software development practices to create robust and maintainable software.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from solution design through deployment.
• Optimize algorithms and software designs for computational efficiency and scalability.
• Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
• Contribute to scientific thought leadership, papers, and conferences on behalf of BCG X.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD program in Computer Research Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Strong interest in software development, large-scale data analytics, and AI-led organizational transformation.
• Experience or interest in developing robust, maintainable software and optimizing computational efficiency.
• Programming expertise in Python.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
