What you will do

• Analyze complex business challenges using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Design and implement business strategies and develop tailored recommendations for clients across industries.
• Work with C-level executives, key decision-makers, client teams, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to project teams and clients.
• Own project modules, manage client team members, and adapt deliverables to changing demands.
• Contribute to client development, manage leadership expectations, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience.
• Proven time, people, and project management skills.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
• Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel frequently.
