Registered Nurse Consultant

Location: Philippines; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Build carrier and vendor relationships across an assigned book of business.
• Advise benefit administrators on clinical management models, care coordination, and case management strategies.
• Manage action plans, assess accountability, and identify performance against clinical best practices.
• Lead case discussions with clinical teams to identify strengths and opportunities in member care management.
• Analyze claims and clinical data to manage the assigned book of business.
• Develop reports and presentations that communicate results and support continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. RN or Philippine RN license required.
• At least five years of relevant experience in case management, clinical consulting, carrier clinical functions, quality assurance, clinical auditing, clinical leadership, or stop loss.
• Proven project management, verbal, and written communication skills with strong clinical acumen.
• Ability to analyze clinical data and metrics.
• Ability to work in the office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Case manager certification.
• Experience with clinical program assessments or stop loss cases.
