What you will do

Lead the development and execution of the Vaccines Medical Strategy for the Philippines.
Develop scientific engagement strategies with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, professional societies, government stakeholders, and public health organizations.
Generate and translate medical insights into portfolio strategies, patient-focused initiatives, and strategic recommendations.
Provide scientific oversight for medical communications, educational initiatives, evidence dissemination, research activities, and external engagements.
Lead evidence-generation programs, including investigator-sponsored research, real-world evidence initiatives, collaborative research, and scientific publications.
Drive cross-functional collaboration, medical education, capability building, mentoring, and regional or enterprise Medical Affairs initiatives.

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine degree with registration by the Professional Regulation Commission.
Completion of residency training or a faculty appointment at a recognized medical school.
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine or commitment to obtain the required certification.
At least 5 years of Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with progression in strategic medical roles.
Scientific expertise in vaccines, clinical research, GCP, pharmacovigilance, evidence generation, and clinical development.
Knowledge of the Philippine healthcare ecosystem and experience leading stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

Track record of scientific publications, congress presentations, research activities, or evidence-generation initiatives.
