What you will do
- Design, configure, and deploy Google security tools and platforms, including Security Command Center, Chronicle Security Operations, BeyondCorp Enterprise, and related services.
- Provide expert support and troubleshoot technical issues involving Google SecOps tools and configurations.
- Advise clients on Google security best practices, risk mitigation, and security strategies for Google Cloud environments.
- Recommend product selection, feature usage, optimization, and roadmap planning based on client security objectives.
- Serve as a primary technical contact, maintain client relationships, and communicate complex security concepts clearly.
- Document client environments and configurations, share knowledge internally, and stay current with Google security products and threat trends.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in security operations.
- Understanding of security frameworks, incident response, and threat detection methodologies.
- Experience with Google Cloud security services, including Security Command Center, Google Security Operations, Google Threat Intelligence, Cloud Logging and Monitoring, IAM, and Cloud Armor.
- One or more relevant security certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, SSCP, CISSP Associate, or a cloud security certification.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Security Engineer certification.
- Experience providing expert guidance to technical and non-technical client audiences.
