What you will do

• Gather requirements and specify, design, develop, deliver, and support software solutions for consulting, product, and practice-area teams.
• Build secure, scalable, responsive web applications and services using modern software development standards.
• Translate business logic into robust proprietary code and well-defined technical requirements.
• Integrate user interfaces with REST APIs and create production-ready applications based on high-fidelity designs.
• Write unit and integration tests and support maintainable, reusable, high-quality systems.
• Provide technical guidance, structure complex problems, and collaborate with consultants, specialists, stakeholders, and clients.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of end-to-end commercial web application or tool development experience, ideally in services or consulting.
• Strong experience with Node.js, Python using Flask or Django, React, Angular 2+, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, responsive UI principles, unit testing, and UI component libraries such as Bootstrap, Material UI, or Ant Design.
• Working knowledge of Unix command-line tools, Git, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP, and TypeScript.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, technology, or an equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or technical forums.
• Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, C# and .NET.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, hybrid mobile development, charting libraries, or basic wireframing.
