Fulfillment Center Coordinator

Location: Onsite at the fulfillment center in Mont-Royal, Canada; evening shift Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Coordinate receiving, picking, staging, and shipping activities throughout the evening shift.
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy, labeling, and quality before dispatch.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and adjust priorities to keep operations efficient.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, labeling errors, and other operational issues.
• Coordinate real-time handoffs with fulfillment center leadership, floor employees, and carriers.
• Enforce floor safety standards, support training, and contribute to inventory accuracy and process improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail, consistent execution of multistep processes, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Clear and proactive communication skills.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) for extended periods in variable temperatures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
