Senior Solutions Architect (Python and GenAI)

Location: Remote from Serbia, Spain, Poland, North Macedonia, Armenia, or Tbilisi, Georgia

What you will do

• Embed directly with client teams throughout engagements and understand their workflows before designing systems.
• Write production-grade Python for AI integrations, backend services, and RESTful APIs using Flask, Django REST, or FastAPI.
• Design, build, and optimize production RAG systems and agentic AI solutions.
• Own system architecture, technical direction, design decisions, and delivery from discovery through completion.
• Act as the direct technical contact for clients, present architecture, defend trade-offs, and manage scope discussions.
• Lead architecture reviews, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, support presales, and contribute to reusable technical blueprints.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and operating production systems; hands-on production experience is required.
• Production experience with RAG systems, LLM-based agentic workflows, AI/ML model deployment, and LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or AWS Bedrock.
• Strong Python skills, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, clean architecture, and performance optimization.
• Recent hands-on AWS experience, including services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, or ECR; GCP experience is also considered.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, pytest, mocking, integration testing, LLM evaluation, and AI quality assurance.
• B2+ English and confidence communicating directly with client stakeholders across distributed, multicultural teams.

• Financial Services or Healthcare and Life Sciences experience.
• Presales, consulting, professional services, or embedded client-facing delivery experience.
• React or Vue, Streamlit or Gradio, CI/CD, modern Python tooling, or AWS and Claude Code certifications.
• Experience with Go, Node, or Rust.
