Law Enforcement Liaison, Kansas

Location: Remote, based in Kansas, United States. Frequent travel and on-call support during weekends and holidays are required.

What you will do

• Develop strategic relationships with law enforcement agencies in Kansas and the Midwest, while supporting global outreach when needed.
• Coordinate with federal, state, and local law enforcement, including the Kansas Attorney General’s Office.
• Plan and deliver education programs for law enforcement agencies, parents, and educators on platform safety, response policies, and NCMEC CyberTip initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze regional law enforcement, online safety, and policy developments, providing internal guidance.
• Investigate safety issues, draft clear internal and external materials, and help identify and implement safety improvements.
• Collaborate with Legal & Advocacy, Safety, Product, and Communications teams on emergencies, escalations, and broader safety initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence, government, trust and safety, or an adjacent field.
• Detailed knowledge of Kansas and Midwest law enforcement communities and policymakers, including regional online safety trends and child safety concerns.
• Strong public speaking, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel on short notice, manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives, and work effectively through ambiguity.
• Integrity, collegiality, resilience, initiative, and the ability to define effective work processes.
• Ability to review graphic, controversial, and offensive content under Roblox handling policies.
