Senior Forward Deployed AI Scientist (Data Science, Greater China): Designing, implementing, and deploying scalable AI and advanced analytics solutions for real-world client business challenges with an accent on machine learning, mathematical modeling, and Python development. Location: Shanghai, Shenzhen, Taipei, or Hong Kong. Travel is required based on client and business needs, with an expectation of 60–70%.

What you will do
- Frame client business challenges and translate them into structured data science and analytics problems.
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable AI and advanced analytics solutions across industries.
- Apply modern machine learning methods and synthesize complex data into actionable business implications.
- Manage client engagements, relationships, and collaboration across a matrix organization.
- Build new analytics service offerings, proprietary content, and proposal materials.
- Develop thought leadership through scientific publications, conferences, and community engagement.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning, or a related AI/data-focused field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience or advanced personal project experience using current AI tools.
- Deep technical expertise in data science, advanced analytics, and modern machine learning, including mathematical foundations.
- Fluency in Python and strong analytical, strategic, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese is required.
- Ability to travel 60–70% based on client and business needs.
