Manager, Data Analyst (SCM Automation)

hirify.global is an e-commerce company developing shopping and delivery services, including Rocket Delivery and Rocket Oversea, while expanding its operations in Taiwan.

What you will do

• Identify weaknesses in supply chain systems and develop heuristics to improve demand forecasting, out-of-stock attribution, and excess inventory analysis.
• Build rapid proof-of-concepts, including dashboards for root-cause analysis of stockout events.
• Design experiments, A/B tests, cohort studies, and product launch effectiveness analyses.
• Use large language models and prompt engineering to automate unstructured data workflows and internal analytics.
• Partner with Demand Planning and Engineering to productionize validated analytical solutions in inventory planning systems.
• Own analytics for supply chain KPIs such as forecast accuracy, sell-through, and forecast coverage, and communicate business implications to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data extraction and manipulation.
• Practical experience with prompt engineering and generative AI tools for data problem-solving or content automation.
• Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Business-level English fluency and the ability to teach and onboard non-technical business users.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub and workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow.
• Experience managing internal wikis or structured knowledge bases using tools such as Confluence or Notion.
• Background in retail, e-commerce, or demand forecasting.
• Knowledge of statistics and machine learning techniques, including elasticity modeling and customer segmentation.
