P2P Cash Disbursement Manager

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week depending on team needs.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supplier, payroll, tax, and employee payment operations across multiple countries, entities, currencies, and banking partners.
• Oversee payment schedules, exceptions, rejected payments, returned funds, urgent transactions, and funding coordination with Treasury.
• Maintain payment controls covering sanctions screening, anti-fraud measures, supplier bank verification, segregation of duties, SOX, and audit requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Cash Disbursement Specialists while defining objectives, KPIs, service levels, and continuity plans.
• Partner with Treasury, Accounts Payable, Master Data, Procurement, IT, Payroll, and banking providers to resolve operational and regulatory issues.
• Drive automation, standardization, process redesign, ERP implementations, payment platform improvements, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, Cash Disbursement, Treasury Operations, or Shared Services.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing global payment operations in a multinational organization.
• Strong background in process improvement, internal controls, and finance transformation.
• Experience with multiple currencies, banking partners, and international regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Master's degree, including an Ing. qualification.
• ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management certification.
