TL;DR
Accounting Expert (SAP): Managing accounting routines, monthly closing, provisions, reconciliations, fixed assets, and KPI variance analysis with an accent on SAP-enabled process improvement and financial reporting accuracy. Focus on supporting audits, implementing SAP S/4HANA, and building automation solutions with Power Automate and Power Query.

Location: Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brazil. The position is based onsite, with no work visa sponsorship or relocation support.

What you will do

  • Perform account reconciliations, adjustments, accounting routines, and monthly closing activities.
  • Calculate provisions and analyze account variances and financial KPIs.
  • Monitor and control fixed assets.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Review and improve accounting and financial processes.
  • Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation, process automation, and global digital transformation projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is desirable.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proactive, analytical, and innovation-driven approach to process transformation.
  • Ability to work onsite in Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brazil; visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Power Automate, and Power Query.
  • Experience with audits.
