Future Talent - Sales Support Specialist (Membrane Filtration)

Location: Based in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, United States; travel required up to 30%.

Annual base salary: $60,600–$77,800 USD; eligible for a 10% performance incentive.

What you will do

• Support the Services Sales team with membrane solutions for filtration equipment.
• Help create membrane replacement strategies, forecast sales, and manage inventory.
• Act as a contact for customers, sales managers, suppliers, and external colleagues.
• Handle transactions, service setup, parts ordering, invoicing, and receivables follow-up.
• Provide technical and commercial support for hirify.global filtration equipment.
• Gather competitor intelligence and support customer service, maintenance, and installation planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or an engineering field.
• Studies completed or expected between May 2026 and June 2027.
• Very good Excel skills and an analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Strong customer orientation, communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn about membrane filtration plants and food-industry processing equipment.
• Applicants must be based in the United States; international relocation to the United States is not supported.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional data analytics tools.
• Interest or experience in the dairy industry.
