Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition (AI)

What you will do

• Own priority searches from intake through offer, including hiring plans, timelines, sourcing, interviews, and candidate pipelines.
• Build sourcing strategies for different roles and markets, including proactive outreach to passive candidates.
• Advise hiring managers and business leaders on requirements, budgets, market conditions, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Improve recruiting processes covering intake, interview planning, evaluations, reference checks, candidate communication, and reporting.
• Support the SmartRecruiters implementation within SAP SuccessFactors through requirements, workflows, testing, and adoption.
• Use recruiting data and approved AI tools to analyze pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and improve sourcing and candidate communication while protecting confidential information.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Experience independently managing full-cycle recruitment and improving recruiting processes.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions and closing hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, recruiting analytics, and reporting.
• Strong organization, judgment, discretion, follow-through, and ability to advise leaders.
• Demonstrated curiosity about and hands-on use of AI tools in professional work.

Nice to have

• Experience as a primary recruiter or in a small People & Culture or recruiting team.
• Experience supporting an ATS implementation or migration, ideally SmartRecruiters or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in esports, gaming, sports, or entertainment.
• Experience supporting inclusive hiring practices or additional languages relevant to hirify.global’s operating regions.
• A side project, portfolio, or personal experiment demonstrating independent thinking.
