AI Tech Consultant Enterprise Solutions (AI)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; regular travel across the region to client sites is required.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end enterprise solutions transformation programs across ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM, planning, and manufacturing.
• Define business cases, transformation roadmaps, business processes, technical reference architectures, and solution or implementation partner selections.
• Design and deliver AI-enabled and agentic ERP use cases, including test generation, data migration, documentation, financial close, procurement, and order-to-cash workflows.
• Guide implementation governance and quality assurance while reducing customizations and maintenance costs.
• Contribute to the Enterprise Solutions chapter through research, experimentation with GenAI and agentic AI, conferences, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in enterprise solutions transformation; SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of end-to-end processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Quote, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire.
• Familiarity with SAP industry solutions, add-ons, analytics tools, SAP BTP, clean core strategy, and AI-enabled ERP capabilities.
• Practical experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, including validating and challenging generated output.
• Fluent English is required; regular travel to client sites across the region is expected.
