What you will do

• Design and deploy multi-agent systems capable of autonomous planning, reasoning, and execution across distributed cloud environments.
• Build systems that modernize applications by understanding, planning, transforming, and validating complex workflows.
• Develop human-in-the-loop systems, evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, and observability mechanisms for continuous agent improvement.
• Integrate agents with APIs, developer tools, CI/CD pipelines, data platforms, and operational systems.
• Partner with business units to identify high-impact use cases and translate ambiguous needs into technical agentic workflows.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, or a similar programming language.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture, including AWS, Azure, or private clouds.
• Production experience deploying and operating LLM-based agents, with familiarity with LangGraph, AutoGPT, or custom orchestration layers.
• Experience designing benchmarks, evaluations, and quality metrics for AI systems.
• Experience applying agentic patterns to at least two areas: data analysis, observability, optimization, or multi-step planning.
• Ability to work in a 0-to-1 environment, handle ambiguity, and build novel systems.

Nice to have

• Interest in multi-agent reinforcement learning, swarm intelligence, and other emerging agentic technologies.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol, A2A, and other agent-to-tool communication standards.
• Strong communication skills for connecting technical agentic logic with human-centered business processes.
